Considering that the Beamer Way Commons includes Residential Drug & Alcohol Treatment, as well as Mentally ill residents and their families... 1) Will there be policies regarding Mentally ill residents adhering to a Medically prescribed treatment plan including Rx medications, in order to qualify for, and remain in the housing program? 2) Please explain any exceptions to question #1. 3) Will there be an "On site" Medical professional who is licensed by the State of California to administer, and manage Rx medications as part of the recommended treatment plan for Mentally ill residents? 4)Please explain all possible exceptions to question #3.
I would like to know if the City will remain as the Beamer/102 property owner, or if the property will be sold to either the county of Yolo, or to the Nonprofit agency?
Is the Beamer Way Commons going to be a City Housing Development, a County Housing Development or will it continue to be the Nonprofit program that falls under "Friends of The Mission"?

1) Will individuals who've been convicted of any type of crime which is of a "Sexual Nature" be "excluded" as a qualified resident/participant of services offered on the property? 2) Please explain any possibilities for considering a convicted sex offender of any sort, as being "qualified" to be on the property and to which services such a person would be eligible for.
While we are provided with artist representation of the Homeless Campus, what is the size in sq. ft. of the proposed units, the cost for each unit and the "amenities" included in the cost. We really only know that they are 1 & 2 bedroom and that the total cost will be around $10,000,000 for the 29 units.
Who will be responsible for the monthly payments on the loans from NPLH (called grants in all but the lasts update we have), who will be the titled owner of the project,land and facilities built there? Is the City Guarantor on this project?
The statistics in the 2018 updated plan states that "in the last fiscal year, transient-related calls for services represented 40% of total PD calls. Over the past 12 months 997 arrests were made, representing 43% of all arrests. What does the PD mean by transient-related.
Will there be a "Zero Tolerance" policy for residents regarding the use of alcohol, elicit drugs or unprescribed Rx medications?

Are there plans, if this facility fails as intended?

I am concerned because most people that are still on the street do not want to utilize any housing.
I see this program geared more for low income housing. These are the people who need help before becoming homeless.
